Orchid Painting WIP started

Started work on my Orchid Painting. I basically redrew all since I decided to paint my idea on a very long canvas (35 x 120). I will also do my previous sketch I posted a few days ago onr on a rectangle canvas to match the composition.

Summer time

Tomorrow is the first day of summer! Time has sure flown by. A painting I did "Hometown Festival" that reminds of my summer, east coast vacations and all the happy festivals that go on. My hometown of Montreal has many wonderful summer festivals since having such a long winter, people love practically live outside. And now my new home in Basel also has many wonderful festivals! Wishing you all a fabulous summer time!

New sketch and painting idea for Orchids

Some Afternoon sketching of my orchids for a new painting . As well as painting I love to grow orchids so my next painting will orchids <3 span="">. Some of my orchids in my orchid bed are starting to grow blooming stems and some I have since last October in bloom :) 

Crazy for Cosmos paintings

Hi Everyone, Finished both board panels of my crazy for cosmos, now to cut to size 53 x 52cm and varnish. And I can use for our small bedroom windows to block out the sun until we find some easy curtains we can install. Its never an easy task to reproduce an exact original painting! They will always have unique attributes no matter you do.
