- Welcome to my Studio Blog! See what's been happening in my studio and on my travels. Exuberantly and cheerfully is the way I like to live and the way I like to paint. I love to travel and meet new people and many of my paintings are based on my travels. I love to create cheerful, bright, stylized paintings. I work from my imagination, infusing my own playful personality into my work. I work mainly with acrylics, which I adore for their intensity and versatility. I paint with bright colours, bold lines and experiment with juxtaposition of colors, shapes, patterns and perspectives.

There is this Italian Place called "Chicago Style" and the cooking is so delish there...everything is handmade...from scratch ...so I think I may have a craving for that place tonight thanks to your beautiful submission...

Hi Diana, Wow..thanks a log. I am always craving Itlian. I am also thrilled that I found you too! OH I love Chicago style pizza wih big crust. In Montreal, where I come from our pizza is also a very big crust and its very good. I hope we get this Chicago style here in Ottawa.

Hi KIm, Thanks so much...yeah paypal is great. OUr weekend was okay, but we had some very bad pileated - huge - wood pecking bastard attack our house. He has come a couple of times, but I scare him away when I see him. But when I was in Montreal last week, he did some serious damage. Now I have tacky xmas shinny garland all over the house to try and scare him away. I just hope he leaves. He is stressing me so much. I want to start a new painting this week. xoxoxoxo

I love this illustration. So bright and cheery. It really tells about how much you like Italian food. Makes me want to go out to dinner, but it would have to be as special as yours.
