I am pleased to mention that my "Pansy Parade" painting from my Funky Floral series was the inspration to Year 6 students at the Marian Vian Primary School in Beckenham, Kent, England.
"The theme of the Gallery this term is spring flowers. Year 6 were inspired by the work of a Canadian artist Lisa Lorenz.
The children used wax crayons to draw the pansies"

Having searched the net looking for pictures of pansies I came across your painting which I thought was fabulous. The children in my class agreed and loved your bold colours and designs. I would just like to thank you for writing on the schools guestbook, the children were over-the-moon that a 'real artist' admired their work and are all very proud of their achievements. Thanks again. Mrs Parker (Class Teacher, Marian Vian Primary School, England)
