Hi Everyone, lots more work done to my painting since I last posted. Worked on foreground, nearly completed, added second coat of colour to the buildings, and the worse part that takes so long, blocking in the window spaces. Next I will start outlining the buildings, then adding the window outlines for the window sills and shadowing to them (they will be all a tad smaller). Also will try ad complete foreground, and cement walls, boats, etc. Still lots of work to be done
Welcome to my Studio Blog
I love to travel, see new places and meet new people. I love to create bold colourful paintings, many of them based on my wonderful travels.

Beware Fellow Artists - Copyright Infringement
Hi everyone, Very Happy to Share with you all that the ESHG has written me back for using my Painting Image without my consent and I thought you would all want to know what they said:
I am very pleased to inform you that they apologized for using my image without my consent. They advised that person that selected the image is no longer working for them, and they don't know how this happened and informed me that they always seek permission and/or paying copy rights to the artists of which the paintings have been used in the last years and they very much regret, that this has not been made in my case.
They have also offered me compensation for using my image without my authorization; and they advised they will also gladly add the artist credit to the existing instances of the picture.
I am pleased with their response and how they responded in this manner.
Thanks again everyone, for your support, wishing you all a great weekend. ***********************************

Blog Update, Travelling Bordeaux, France October 2014
Hi Everyone, Sorry I have not been so active these past months on my Studio Blog. I was in Canada visiting my family for almost 1.5 months and then I was in Europe with my husband for his work. First in Switzerland and then We took some extra time 6 days from October 22 to October 28th and went to Bordeaux for my birthday. Had such a wonderful time. I am feeling very inspired from my beautiful trip to Bordeaux. It has been a long time dream of mine to visit beautiful Bordeaux, and it was everything I imagined and more.
Some pics of our trip. The beautiful breathtaking mediaeval village of St. Emilion. When we arrived and saw this view I began to cry. I was totally overwhelmed with joy!
Arriving At Bordeaux Airport! Cool Wine Bottle on the Luggage Belt! Let the Wine Drinking Begin! I was so excited.
Beautiful St. Emilion
