Hi Everyone, Just finished a little quickie painting of some sailboats and their colourful spinnakers racing on the Oresund in Copenhagen. When I lived in Copenhagen, we lived right by the sea in a suburb named Hellerup and it was beautiful to see all these boats from our balcony. I sure miss that view. There is just something so peaceful and beautiful about the sea! This painting will be going to Galerie de la Rive in Rockland on June 22nd and will be part of the summer exhibition to be held August 23rd from 1 - 4 pm.

those pink sails in your photo are so pretty too...
you won't believe I was watching a really quaint Canadian film that was filmed in Copenhagen and so many of the scenes were so familiar...I felt that I knew the city already from your gorgeous paintings...
